Keep Your Coupons Organized

Keep Your Coupons OrganizedIf you want to be a coupon queen, or king, you have to make sure you keep your coupon organized. There are various ways that you can do this. Here are some tips for those who are starting out in couponing to help them get organized so they can become the coupon king or queen that they are looking to become.

The first way you can organize your coupons is an incredibly simple way of doing it, use envelopes. With this method you can label the outside of the envelope so that you know what is inside, or what the expiration dates of the coupons are. Typically once you really get going with couponing you will want to change your method of organization.

The next method you just file an entire insert. You do not actually clip a coupon until you are ready to use it. This does help save some time. You do not have to clip as many coupons this way. There are many couponers out there who do not like this method as much as other methods because it can make it more difficult to make quick decisions while you are at the store. You cannot really stand in an aisle at the store and look through coupon inserts and tear out coupons. First you get in people’s way, second it takes up your time.

The next way is a coupon binder. This way you clip all of your coupons as you find them and store them in a coupon binder. Most people who use this method use baseball card protector sheets to put their coupons in. This way you can see them and easily flip through them. Many people like this because if you go to the store and see something that is on sale but was not advertised, you can flip through your binder to see if you have a coupon that you can combine with that sale.

If you want to be effective and efficient with your coupons you have to be organized. There are many couponers out there who do not use any of these methods. They have found their own methods that work best for them. You too can find your own methods that will work best for you. No matter how you do it, you just have to be organized.
